FLAXSEED - HEALTH BENEFITS

Flax and Cardio-Vascular Health - Omega-3 fatty acids lowers harmful LDL cholesterol levels and blood triglycerides, preventing build-up of harmful deposits in arteries, which can lead to stroke, thromboses, and heart attack. Flax offers us the good polyunsaturated fat that has a protective effect.

  • You can mix the powder in juice, cereal, or nondairy smoothie and have it.
  • You can sprinkle the powder on salad and consume it to get the nutrition of both salad and flax seeds.
