BROCCOLI (Pachai poongosu) Guards against cancer and is rich in a wide range of anti-oxidants, vitamins C and E, folate and iron. 

QUINOA (Thinai) It contains a balanced set of essential amino acids for humans, making it an unusually complete protein source among plant foods. It is a good source of dietary fibre and phosphorous and is high in magnesium and iron. Quinoa is gluten-free and considered easy to digest.

CARROTS High in carotenes, known to boost the immune system.
